bike ownership transfer – Before buying a used car, you should follow two steps.
- 1st vehicle physical inspection
- (Car monitoring will be discussed below)
- 2nd Vehicle Paper Verification
Before buying a used bike, the ownership and documents of the bike should be verified. Does the person you buy the car from actually have the car in their name? Check the vehicle tax token updated or not.
Ways to find out who owns the bike or car
To know the ownership of the vehicle, you first need to create an account at https://bsp.brta.gov.bd/login. Then log into the account
Motor vehicle information, then attach motor vehicle information.
And fill the above information, you will get the information from Gary’s smart card or Tax Token. After filling click on search information. After that, you can see the image below, and here you can see the name of the client. In whose name is the vehicle currently registered? Now click save button to save it.
- If you don’t find any information after entering all your details into the BSP account, your vehicle is not registered with the BRTA
- In that case avoid taking such a car or bike.
- If in place of owner name you can see the name of the person from whom you will buy the car.
- But understand that the car is correctly registered in the seller’s name.
- If the car is not in the name of the person you are buying from, first find out the correct identity of the owner.
- Because you can’t do it in your name without the owner.
If all the information is correct, click on the save button.
How to buy a car in the name of a company
If the car is in the name of the company, first of all you need to talk to the showroom and find out whether there is any loan on the name of the car or not. If there is no loan, the purchase receipt and TO and TTO form should be done in your name from the showroom. Then you can follow the following steps.
brta tax token check online
